One of the ways BIC fights fraud is through the use of "Claims Packets." These are documents that are given to injured workers at the time of a claim. Inside are report forms and questions for the worker, supervisor, and any witnesses.

Builders Insurance uses this packet as a way to control workers' comp claims. It's just another way that BIC watches out for your bottom line.
